Everything here is designed to be easy: booking is done entirely online. No waiting at reception, no hassle – just you, your room, and a personal access code you receive immediately after booking and completing the online check-in.

The following conditions apply for “Booking on the Road”:
- The online check-in must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival
- The room must be paid in full in advance, including the tourist tax of €3.00 per person from the age of 14
- Check-in: 15:00 – 02:00
- Check-out: by 10:00

Rooms can be booked with or without breakfast
Breakfast can be added optionally. Our à la carte restaurant is located within the hotel.
How does booking work?
Booking is quick and easy via our website.
Select your room, book, and pay directly with your credit card.
Afterwards, you will receive your personal access code by email for your stay.
Access to the hotel & room
After booking, you will receive an access code for the hotel entrance.
Your room key will be available at the reception – no traditional check-in and no waiting times.
Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room key at the reception.
Please don’t forget to pay the tourist tax
Terms and booking conditions
- Booking and payment
All bookings are made exclusively online via our website.
Payment is made directly during the booking process by credit card.
The access code will be sent by email after full payment, no later than one day before arrival. - Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 15:00 – 02:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Access to the hotel is exclusively via a personal access code. There is no traditional on-site check-in.
- Cancellation policy
According to the Italian Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal. The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 21 days before arrival: 40%
- 8 to 14 days before arrival: 50%
- 4 to 7 days before arrival: 80%
- from 3 days before arrival: 100%
In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Breakfast
Breakfast (if booked) from 07:00 to 09:30 on the ground floor.
- Restaurant
À la carte restaurant open from 18:00 to 21:00.
- House rules
Disturbances and inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the hotel.
Please treat rooms and common areas with respect.
Departure notice
- Please leave the room key at the reception
- The receipt will be issued accordingly and handed over at reception or sent to you by email
