Our head chef Luis welcomes you to his creative gourmet cuisine in the Restaurant Klammer. Luis and his team offer you local, Italian, and international specialties with a matching selection of wines. There are daily specials, so you may get to know the wide range of international culinary variations as well as the local and traditional dishes. Of course, “Schlutzer” (ravioli filled with spinach), spareribs and dumplings, risotto or donuts are part of our culinary offer.

Let us give you expert advice so your fine wine harmonises perfectly with your food. In Italy, you may enjoy sparkling Prosecco or a typical Chianti. But we also have an exquisite range of South Tyrolean wines from the region: Do you already know our excellent red wines Lagrein or St. Magdalener? But also, Gewürztraminer or Müller Thurgau are absolutely delicious.
Of course, we are also happy to serve a fresh beer with a hearty snack. Here, you’ll find the right companion for every meal.

Homemade cake specialties and the delicious sundaes
We highly recommend our homemade cake specialties and the delicious sundaes. Coffee and cake as well as ice cream and sun – best enjoyed every day! With around 300 days of sunshine a year, we will often serve you apple strudel, delicious cakes, sundaes, or banana split on our terrace.
But you may also spend convivial hours in a pleasant atmosphere at our bar in our dining room. Many interesting conversations take place here and enrich your holiday with exciting stories and views.
